Broccoli Feta Fritatta

I made a broccoli feta frittata this morning. I didn’t even know what a frittata was until Sunday, when I decided to look up a whole bunch of recipes. The recipes I looked up are all what I consider “skinny” meals. They have under seven ingredients (excluding salt, pepper and extra virgin olive oil). I also have some looser rules about how many veggies and fruits h ave to be included.

Anyway… What do you think? Would you eat this?
