I spent the morning at the gym. I worked hard! Which is great. πŸ’‹ I took Penny for a walk and then headed to the gym for a 5k run. After my 5k I used some if the machines to do some sit-ups and stuff. There’s one where instead of laying on the floor you grab these handles and lift your legs to your chest. I do them to the right and the left. And try to do 15 on each side like three times. It kills but I’m pretty sure it’ll do something awesome to my body.

I even ended up taking a shower there, which I never do, but I wanted to give my hair time to dry before going to my next meeting at the bank to talk to a financial adviser so I can get my life in order.
