The Skinny on Staying Skinny

I know a lot of people think that I don’t have try to stay skinny, but that’s not the case.

Especially as I get older I have to work harder to stay fit and healthy. There’s a lot of stuff on the Internet about how to loose weight and keep it off, but there’s no shortcut when it comes to being healthy.

I love going for interval jogs, I also get a brisk 20 minute walk every morning with Penny.
