Pilates?

I rocked it out at the gym today. Seriously, I need to eat breakfast every day. It’s so much easier to make good decisions when there’s food in your belly.

My workout included over an hour of cardio (cut into twenty minute chunks) and a half hour of Pilates. Actually, I’m not sure if its conciseness Pilates…. Yoga ball, body weight exercises, slow and focused… Anyway, I feel great!

Also, I’ve realized that I take myself too seriously.
